Thank you so much for shopping with us! We’re excited to get your lash serum into your hands (and onto your lashes!) as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping:

đź•’ Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). During restocks or sales, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience!

📍 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within [your country/region — e.g., the U.S. only, or worldwide]. Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order — we are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

đźšš Delivery Delays

Once your package leaves our hands, we rely on our shipping partners to get it to you. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier — but if something goes wrong, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help!

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please:

  • Check with neighbours or building staff

  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers scan early)

  • Contact the carrier directly

Unfortunately, we cannot replace items marked as delivered — but we're always here to help guide you through the next steps.
